Speaker:
Lou M. Solomon
Founder and CEO of Interact Studio

Lou M. Solomon is the Founder and CEO of Interact Studio, an executive communication consultancy based in Charlotte, North Carolina. A former broadcast executive, she founded the firm in 2000 after recognizing that traditional public speaking programs often focused more on performance than on authenticity. She developed the Authentic Speaking methodology to help leaders communicate with greater credibility, trust, and influence through authentic connection, executive presence, and strategic storytelling.

For more than 25 years, Lou has coached executives, managers, and leadership teams at Fortune 500 companies across manufacturing, energy, and professional services. Her work focuses on executive presence, high-stakes presentations, leadership storytelling, media communication, and authentic influence. She is known for helping leaders communicate with clarity during moments that matter most—whether addressing a boardroom, leading organizational change, or engaging patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

She is the author of Say Something Real and Fighting the Impostor Mindset, inspired by her TEDx Talk, which has received more than one million views and has been incorporated into higher education curricula to help students understand and overcome impostor thinking. She is currently completing her third book, Start Where You Stand.
